Senior Data/Solution Architect - Customer Data First San Francisco Partners is looking for Senior Data and Solution Architects to implement Data Management solutions in leading companies. We are looking for experienced architects to play leadership roles on a delivery team. Responsibilities include: Lead a team to design and deliver high quality data management solutions Manage client expectations, establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues Communicate technical architecture direction and coordinate technical proof of concept analyses Conduct data profiling and quality analysis for a large size and complex environments Provide gap analyses from a technical perspective, highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and solution offerings Develop the methodology required to move from current state to future state architecture Assist in solving technical and performance problems within the technical infrastructure Identify new services opportunities within customer base Requirements: Minimum 15 years of computer systems analysis, consulting and IT management experience, preferably in large-scale business software implementation projects (ERP, CRM, SCM, EDW and third party Data Warehouse solutions) Master Data Hub Architecture, data design and implementation Data Quality Management and Data Architecture Standardization Metadata management, design and integration Data Warehouse Architecture, data design and implementation Ability to facilitate discussions and drive toward quick decisions  Professional on-site customer integration experience, preferably with a large systems integration firm or for an enterprise software services arm  Experience developing conceptual and physical solution architectures for solutions incorporating heterogeneous applications, technologies and platforms  Thorough understanding of data modeling, physical schema properties, triggers, and stored procedures Proven analytical skills to properly evaluate and interpret cross-functional data standardization requirements Ability to resolve complex issues relate to enterprise wide data architecture concerns Management style that exhibits high energy, strategic thinking, collaboration, direct communication and results orientation Effective in matrix management and team building Strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills In depth Master Data Management and Customer Hub experiences a must ETL skills - Data Stage, Data Profiling, Data Quality Minimum of a Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field required Compensation: We offer competitive salary and benefit packages.
