DIA Webinar: Top 5 Priorities for an Analytics Leader
June 7, 2018 | 11:00 am - 12:00 pm PDT
Our June webinar from the Data Insights & Analytics series, Top 5 Priorities for an Analytics Leader, features special guest Anthony Algmin, popular speaker and creator of the Data Leadership Framework. Anthony joins the webinar along with First San Francisco Partners consultant John Ladley.
Anthony is the creator of the Data Leadership Framework, a pragmatic approach to balancing the many data-related activities inside organizations. An accomplished public speaker and writer, Anthony gives talks internationally at conferences and corporate events. His upcoming title, “The Book on Data Leadership,” will be available in late 2018.
RSVP for the June program to hear Anthony and John discuss the analytics leader role and how it is key for driving data-driven decision-making and insights for increased revenue, reduced costs and competitive advantage. They will also explore why organizations hire analytics leaders and the evolution of related roles, such as the Chief Analytics Officer, Customer Analytics Leader and a hybrid Chief Data Officer role that drives analytic value.
Webinar attendees will learn how an analytics leader enables results with priorities that include:
- Evangelizing the importance of data-driven decision-making
- Aligning analytics with a business value-driven approach
- Developing an analytics competency to train and develop staff
- Ensuring business insights are delivered — and communicated
- Identifying and delivering opportunities that monetize data
