First San Francisco Partners Merges With IMCue Solutions

By FSFP

OAKLAND, Calif., December 7, 2015 — First San Francisco Partners, Inc. (FSFP), a professional services and IT consulting company focused on helping organizations understand and benefit from enterprise information management and emerging big data strategies, and IMCue Solutions (IMCue), an enterprise information management consultancy, today announced that IMCue is merging into FSFP operations effective immediately.

The integration of the two leading information management consultancies will significantly expand services, expertise and reach to companies struggling to maximize their data assets and achieve better business outcomes.

According to a recent Gartner survey of 437 global companies from all vertical industries, more than 75 percent are currently investing in big data or plan to do so within the next two years. The main drivers for embarking on the project are to improve the customer experience, sharpen process efficiency, fine-tune marketing efforts, and enhance security. A new forecast from International Data Corporation (IDC) sees similar momentum, and states that the big data technology and services market will grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23.1 percent over the 2014-2019 forecast period with annual spending reaching $48.6 billion in 2019.

“As the demand for accurate data and the resulting actionable analytics continues to fuel an already fast growing market, the merger with IMCue will enable FSFP to provide a broader range of services, across more industries and areas of expertise,” said Kelle O’Neal, Founder and CEO of FSFP. “The addition of John Ladley and his team to our organization will deepen our expertise in analytics, data architecture and change management, while ensuring that we continue to provide the most seasoned consulting team to the market.”

In his new role as President and Chief Delivery Officer, John Ladley, a business and technology thought Leader and recognized authority in Enterprise Information Management, will help to expand FSFP’s existing footprint in a number of key vertical markets, including healthcare, insurance and retail.

“I have long admired First San Francisco Partners for helping data intensive companies apply data quality, metadata management, master data management, and data governance strategies to solve their most pressing business challenges,” said Ladley. “The depth of our newly combined leadership, experience, and talent will further position the Company as a key provider of data and analytic solutions for organizations of all sizes.
